The $35 six month fees assume a limit of 300MB of download per month which correspond to 2 hrs of radio per day. For Television content, this equates to about 40 minutes of TV per day.  The 300MB limit total per month will always apply.  SBC has the right to charge the user extra if the download limit is exceeded or reduce the subscription term to recover its costs as required to stop abuse of the service. By paying more, at the same rate per MB, a user can access more volume.  For example US$70 will buy you 6 months’ subscription with a download limit of 600MB per month. I will abide by SBC’s ruling on this agreement.  A legal dispute will be settled through the laws of Seychelles. SBC will do its utmost to maintain continuity of the service, but as failure can be related to various Internet issues, it will not be held liable for failures. I will not record or distribute to other people any material obtained through this service. The user will need an Internet connection to access the services.  Video services will require a 56K modem or better.  The minimum requirement for the PC is a Pentium II 300Mhz with Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 or XP. Audio only services will work with a 28K connection.  Test your PC with the free sample files, provided on the site, before you order.  Payments sent will not be refunded, as this would be impractical to verify or administer.   Remember to fax a copy of this form to SBC Seychelles on (Seychelles) 225 641. On receipt of this fax, SBC will email you, within 2 working days, a User Name and Password to access the service.  You will then be able to access all the services shown on the SBC Audio and Video web page for the term of the subscription.    Questions/Comments:
